Working principle:
Polyurethane buffer: polyurethane buffer absorbs and disperses impact energy through the elasticity of the material itself. When impact occurs, polyurethane material is compressed and deformed, which converts mechanical energy into heat energy and deformation energy, and transfers the impact force to the whole buffer.
Hydraulic buffer: hydraulic buffer uses internal oil and piston to realize energy absorption and impact mitigation. When impact occurs, the oil generates resistance on the piston through hydraulic damping, which absorbs and dissipates the impact force.
Features:
Polyurethane buffer: it has the characteristics of high elasticity, abrasion resistance and good energy absorption effect. Small volume, light weight, convenient installation and maintenance. It is not affected by ambient temperature and humidity and has good stability.
Hydraulic buffer: It has adjustable damping characteristics and can adjust buffer force and motion speed as needed. Applicable to high-load and high-speed scenarios. However, more complex installation and maintenance are required.
