REMARK
Gear-free permanent magnet synchronous traction machine is a common type of elevator traction machine. It uses the permanent magnet synchronous motor as the driving force source of the traction machine, and connects the elevator cabin with the traction machine through the main suspension cable of the elevator.
1,High efficiency and energy saving: permanent magnet synchronous motor has higher efficiency and lower energy consumption, which is more energy saving than traditional induction motor.
2,Small size: due to the gear-free design, the volume of the traction machine is relatively small, which reduces the space demand of the elevator room and provides greater design freedom.
3,Low Noise and Vibration: the gear-free design reduces the noise and vibration generated by traditional gear transmission, making passengers feel more comfortable when taking the elevator.
